Roach Motel' Maybe you need to be more clean. No roaches in my apartment!

I love the Grove at Flynns crossing! My apartment is really nice and roomy, I can always find a parking lot, and the staff and maintenence are really friendly.

The Grove at Flynn's Crossing is crap. The fitness equipment is always broken. The TV in the fitness center doesn't work all the time, nor does the controller to change the channels. As far as the rest of the community. A lot of the neighbors are loud and obnoxious. The management staff does nothing to quiet them down. I know this from personal experience. I have written letter after letter to them with regards to the people above me making noise daily. They did nothing to rectify the problem. It's clear that the staff has no clue what they are doing. The dumpsters are a constant mess. Trash piles high 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It's a complete dump. Then the crime sprees started. 12 homes robbed in under 2 months. What did the management do about it? Nothing. No flyers promoting awareness, no locks being changed. I specify locks because the police say that the person behind the crimes is considered to be in posetion of a master key as the doors are always locked and no windows are found open. The sad part is, it used to be a great neighborhood. It was wonderful to live there. But after two years, the place has gone down hill faster than a kid on a sled. It's awful to live here. I can't wait for my lease to expire so I can get out of there.
