When my apartment was broken into and robbed at The Grove At Flynn's Crossing, I was informed by the police that my home was the 10th home in a month and a half period that had been broken into and robbed in that development.

So why weren't the tenants informed of this' Because the management, "Doesn't want to put their renters in a frenzy."

That quote is direct from the manager. What does that translate into' It means that the complex thought it would deter renters from wanting to move in and cause others to want to move out. And you know what, they're right!

Had I been informed that The Grove At Flynn's Crossing was a target for a major crime spree, I would have taken steps to further protect my valuables by locking them up or hiding them in the apartment.

Instead, I'm out about $2000.00 worth of computer equipment. I feel that since the complex failed to give their renters the common courtesy of telling them about this that they are equally at fault.
