As my first apartment this was a ok place to live but I can tell you I am glad I moved out. They switch maintanence people every other week. Which is why your stuff will never get fixed in a timely manner. Then on top of that if you have visitors come over on the weekend they better park early in the day or you better get your visitor pass monday-friday. I have never seen a leasing office close on the weekends and only stay open until 5pm on weekdays. Normal people have jobs are already at work when they open and by the time you get home they are closed. The grounds are kept ok i was never impressed trash always falling out of the dumpster its ridiculous. Let alone if you contact them about noisy neighbors they could careless. I had a couple that lived on top of us and we would hear the man beat the women up we told the office and called the police on many occasions and the staff told us there was nothing they can do and its not there problem. You can file a complaint with them every day of your lease term and they will only talk to the tenant or give eviction if they are not getting there money thats all they are worried about. They will be your best friend but soon as you question them they turn on you. On the day of the walk thru I should have known to stay away I was on the second floor and a roach came out of the sink it was nuts. I have a friend who lives there now and hates it because ants come out her outlet sockets and the office told her they cant spray so she will have to take care of it.

I have never had a problem with the maintenance or office staff. I agree they probably have families and spend time on the weekend with them. I have lived here for 8 years and the office used to be open from 10:00a.m. until 6:00p.m. talk about inconvienence I'd much rather the hours they have now from 8 to 5 it is much easier to stop by before work.
