I have been here for 3 1/2 years and for the past year I have noticed roaches in my places. Apparently my whole building is infested with roaches. I dont even cook in my kitchen anymore. My neighbors say they experience the same thing. The staff wont do anything. So beware. You may think you are moving into a clean apartment but I bet if you put a couple of roach baits down..watch them come out of nowhere. It may be cheap rent but trust me you get what you pay for..I will not be renewing my lease in September.

I lived at the Grove at Flynn's Crossing years ago and never had any problems at all. It was, in fact the nicest place I had rented in Ashburn. I guess it could have gone down hill over the last few years but as far as the roaches go even though you think it's the complexes responsibility to get rid of them I can let you know that I now live in a ground floor condo now and we were getting the german roaches ... we are VERY clean people but somehow those little buggers came up thru the drains or they crawl from another condo that might not be as neat and tidy as ours is. Thing is .. you CANNOT control roaches. They are disgusting creatures but they go anywhere and everywhere to see what they can find to live and thrive on. ORKIN is VERY EXCELLENT at ridding your place of them ... trust me! I pay $104 every third month to have them come in and spray, put baits down, etc. I do not tolerate roaches and will do everything in my power to not expose my Family of them. My neighbors say they have roaches too but since I treat my home of them it is no longer an issue. Apparently they know not to come to my home now! I suggest you do the same!

I still live at the Grove and would like to ask you if it is so bad why have you lived there for 3 1/2 years. The reoaches are not the complexes fault. I am sure they do exterminations everyone should or does.

I lived at Flynn's and never had a problem with roaches or any bugs for that matter. When I lived there they did have exterminations, so it is not like they are not trying to do anything about it. As far as not signing your lease trust me unless you purchase something every apartment complex has it's pros and cons. If I did not buy a townhome I would still live there because it is the nicest most affordable place in Ashburn.
