We are living here 6 Months. 1 Bedroom and den is the best floor plan I saw. i think $1109 for 825 sqf is the best price in this area. Also we have the top floor that I am happy with. The rooms are big and convenient. Kitchen is a little bit small. The walls and floor are very thin, but we have just one wall connected to our neighbors, so I really never heard any noise from them. Overall this place is far from a big road and really quite. Parking is always available. I really upset about mailboxes. They are so small that all my magazines are always crumpled. We did a few maintenance requests and got repairment in a few days. We did emergency call when washmashin started overfloading and we've got help in 15 minutes. And later it was replaced in a few days. Fitness center is the worst part, so you will not like to go there. A small room has just 3 pieces of equipment and no A/C. A swimming pool is small but ok. There is also hot tub that works the whole year. All supplies in kitchen and bathroom are very old, but work.The summary is the following: if you are looking a big apartment for cheap that is it. But you will definitely have some problem with repairments since inside everything is clean but old.
