My husband I have lived here for the past year. Overall it is a quiet nice community. Lots of cops live here! There are Loudoun county patrol cars parked all the culdesacs. The appliances however are terribly out of date and not at all energy efficient. For example the filtering system in the dishwasher is non-existent: I washed dishes by hand in our sink and put them in the dishwasher to dry. My husband accidentally washed them and they came out squeaky and sparkly but with dried on food spots. The grass is also not watered, right now it is brown and crunchy (literally) outside while the townhouses surrounding us are lush and green. I believe they are in the process of renovating however, they did replace our bathroom cabinetry system and mirror...much nicer. Considering the price, we have no major complaints.
