Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
We have lived here since August and have had no problems yet.
I wish there was a bit more storage in the one bedrooms and the carpets are cheap, but other than that everything is great.
The gates are a bit of a problem as well.
The grounds are beautiful and its nice and secluded, very peaceful!
