The interior of the apartment is lovely. The location is great. Maintenance does respond quickly and usually within the same day. The office staff are very accomodating and friendly. The grounds need alittle more attention. Unfortunately some residents don't believe in picking up their own trash. Trash dumpster needs a drastic solution with overflowing bags on the sidewalk every weekend. The facilities are nice, except for the hiring of lazy and immature lifeguards.

Overall this is a very nice facility and I am glad we chose it.
