The property seems well maintained, but is not the most quiet place; especially if you have neighbors above you with a dog who sounds like a horse. Yes, it's gated, but the gates seem broken more often than not. Overall, the apartment is nice, and the staff attentive.

Hi Mr Anonymous, I'm sorry that you're not highly pleased. Hopefully we make up for the other good things we can offer you. What I do recomend for anyone who is noise sensitive is to not compromise & take ONLY top floor apartments. You won't hear your neighbors if they're walking normally, but if they have a galloping dog you definately will. Unfortunately this just comes with apartment living. When you're sharing walls & floors, unless they are 15 inch thick solid concrete in between, you'll probably hear some level of noise. And as for the gates, more often than not they break because some people ram into them (I guess when they forget their access cards & can't get in). The leasing office do try & get the gate servicing company to fix it right away if not as soon as possible. |
