Was a decent place but not so much anymore

This was a nice complex and kept very clean until Archstone took it over. I remember when there were cleaners walking the grounds every morning, and now I never see one! In fact they just put up a trash can by the mail box as their solution. The place is definitely going downhill from what it was. Apparently Archstone is trying to cut costs but reducing its staff. The apartments themselves are nice and the location is great by being next to the preserve, but the dirt and stains all over the concrete walkways, inside the elevators is horrible.
You also have to deal with alot of very young people. There have been several incidents with groups of young (maybe just graduated high school) people renting an apartment together and having rave parties and even questions on drug dealing. Make sure you do not get next door to some of these people. It will drive you crazy. Also, since Archstone took over they relaxed the dog rules. It used to be you could have one dog, any size, as long as it was not a doberman, rotweiler, pitbull or german shepherd. Well, now ANY dog is allowed and you can have up to 4! EXPECT to run into they above mentioned young people walking a rotweiler around, and sometimes NOT on a leash.
Overall, it was a good place, but watch out now. I am glad I am leaving.
