Pros: I love my unit! The staff is great, the complex is usually well kept. Location is good too. It feels pretty secluded, but also is not too far (5-10 min) from basic convenience like grocery shopping, etc. Most neighbors are friendly. My dog loves the nature park behind the comlex.
Cons: Some people here need to learn to pick up after their dogs. There are pet stations everywhere. If they can't walk to it, they need to not have a dog! Some people need to also learn to drive so they don't keep driving into the darn gate.
