DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! THESE APARTMENTS ARE HORRIBLE. THE SERVICE IS NOT GOOD AT ALL. IF YOU CALL FOR MAINTENENCE THEY COME A WEEK LATER, THE EXTERMINATOR DOES A POOR JOB. THERE ARE HUGE SPIDERS IN THEIR APARTMENTS AND THEY WILL NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. THEY WILL BITE YOU AND MAKE YOU SICK. THEY ALSO DO NOT UPKEEP THE APARTMENT. IT SMELLS, THERE IS TRASH EVERYWHERE, AND THERE ARE SPIDER WEBS EVERYWHERE. I HAD TO FIGHT WITH THEM TO HAVE THEM DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE BUGS, AND BERAK MY LEASE. THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU OUT AT ALL. PARKING IS A NIGHTMARE, AND THE MANAGER'S HAVE BAD ATTITUDES.

Can you elaborate on the spider situation for those of us who don't care for spiders, but are considering moving there? Are you on the first floor? Are there more than usual spiders, and are they really big? Please provide details!

Lived here for 7 months on the 3rd floor. Never have had a problems with spiders. Maintenance and staff is always extremely responsive. Can't believe that anyone could have problems with parking. This person must either be insane, a competetitor, or making a joke.

I work at the leasing office & this sounds so much like this someone (who shall remain nameless)who just wanted to get out of their lease & not have to pay lease break penalty :) Not to be biased or anything, but my manager is awesome! I would take this reveiewer's advise with a grain of salt if I were you :)

There are spiders all over the building walls when the weather is warm. I did not see very many in my apartment, but they coat the buildings for sure.
