I lived in a one bedroom with a den. I had a fantastic view, as I was up on the hill, in building 44870, and faced the river.

I only had one maintenance problem, and maintenance was pretty slow to come out. They did fix the problem, though.

The apartment was very well kept, and I never had any problem with the office staff. They were all very pleasant and knowledgeable. I never had any bugs (was on the 3rd floor) and rarely had a problem with noise.

The ONLY warning I will give is for you to deliver your rent check in person, and get a signed receipt. I paid online and my payment cleared, but any record was lost. I paid via check and my payment cleared but again no record of payment was there. Then I got an eviction notice, and a court summons!!! Imagine my surprise!!! I went immediately to the office, and they straightened it out immediately. So the staff is competent, but you have to be careful. I have three different friends living there now (all recommended by me) and none have ever had a problem.

So I highly recommend this place. Very safe (I was a single female living alone). Nice neighbors. Nice view. Go for it!
