First off Luther in the leasing office is wonderful!! He is efficient, friendly, and professional. If you go to him with any concern, he will take care of it immediately. Maitenence is usually pretty good about fixing issues inside your apartment in a timely manner. I have never had to wait for than a few hours. My only complaints are that it is a gated community but the gate is always broken. There are some unsightly teenagers who loiter in stairwells and cause mischeif. I have complained about the poor condition of my carpeting from wear and tear and the general manager refuses to replace it even though I have lived there for 4 years and the carpeting was worn down when I moved in. I have read other people's complaints on here about spiders. I have seen spiders, silverfish, and little flying bugs in my apartment even though it is immaculate and I live on the 2nd floor. I think that they may be coming in from neighboring apartments through the vents. Parking is pretty bad unless you get home by 4pm. I used to work nights and when I would get home at 2 a.m. I would have to park half a mile away. All in all, it's a nice place to live. The good things about the apartment by far outweigh the bad. Especially because I only pay $505 for rent. If you are interested, make sure you ask for Luther at the leasing office. He is the best!!

Half a mile away? You gotta mean figuratively! I live on the top of the hill, on Ashlar Terrace. Which part do you live in? We never have problems with parking on our side unless, like you said, it's 2 a.m. Although....on Saturday nights, it's easy to find parking later in the evening since most people are out later. :) Our carpet is kind thrashed too but we have a toddler and a small dog who are both non-stop messy. *sigh* Just thought it was us!
