Stoneridge is a nice place to live. It's pretty quiet and well kept. Everyone in the leasing office is very nice, I prefer to deal with Luther though. Maintenance takes care of things in a timely manner. I admit the gym needs to be organized a bit better but it's nice enough to work up a sweat. There are some kids/teenagers that live in the community that walk around with an attitude, throw socks into bushes, litter and hang-out in hallways which is really annoying. We've reported it a couple of times yet I don't know if the leasing office can do anything about it unless they install cameras throughout the community or have security guards. It is a gated community yet the gate hasn't worked 70% of the time. It's mostly damaged by the residents themselves going one after the other all the time causing the mechanism to wear down and not set properly.

Parking is ample... some people have complained that there's not enough parking which is not true. If by any chance all the parking spots have been taken in front of a bulding then you do need to park a bit further.

All in all, it's a nice place to live and the location (RT 7 and RT 28) is great. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH
