Other than a few minor maintenance issues that took a little longer than usual to fix (they tout a 24 hour turnaround - but its more like 48 or more with multiple requests) things were very nice. The apartment was clean and ready to go when expected and the two ladies in the office that helped us were very nice, especially Lea.

It took nearly 2 weeks for them to get us into the Guest Entrance computer - and that was only after me calling and asking them to put us in.

Other than that, things have been rather good. The place is gorgeous and the appliances are fantastic. I LOVE the full laundry room and the large tub in the master bathroom, but the kitchen needs a space for a garbage pail, as there really isn't one. We're resorting to an under the sink version as the HUGE lower cabinets allow for that :D

Very happy with the place over all having moved from a much smaller condo - the grounds are well kept and the crews are always around making sure things are nice looking.

I like it here and figure we'll be here for a while :)
