I have lived here for 3 years and overall I am very satisfied. That being said, I do not recommend this place to friends because of the rate increases. You would think that being a good tenant, never being late on your rent would account for something, but in my experience, it doesn't matter. You still get hit with huge increases. Almost everyone that I have talked to that moves out, does so because of the increases.
