Your thinking new place right' Well its new but there are many problems with it. As in the other two BAD reviews the tv service sucks. When there are problems with the tv service like you hear sound but the picture is black and the office is closed you have no choice but to wait until the next day for them to fix it. Since when are the CUSTOMERS the troubleshooters' Why deal with this crap'Your paying $50.00 for 70 channels that's no deal. What if you want to upgrade' You will have two seperate cable bills. That adds up to around a $100/month just for cable. this is before internet service. What about the toll road right on the other side of the apartment complex. Noisy Noisy Noisy. There is nothing but construction going on around there. Good luck trying to sleep in if you choose the east side of the complex. The sun shines in at 6:30am bright as can be and the blinds DO NOT help. If you have children I wouldn't want them playing in the parking lot. Many Cars go way to fast in there. Plus there are no speed bumbs for the drivers to slow down. Its just a matter of time before someone is hurt. All the Property manager could care about is manning the units. She sends out a monthly flyer telling everyone to slow down! Like that is going to work. ACTIONS speak louder than WORDS!! Its all about $$ with her. What ever happened to the customer needs' Please do not make the same mistake I did. I really hope this review will help you out. I wish I could stand out side the front office and hand this review out. There are many decent places around the Ashburn area SUMMIT SILO CREEK IS NOT ONE OF THEM. Out of 10 I rate them -1.
