I have found several of the same problems as the previous reviewers. When I first moved in, my ac blew nothing but warm air. The first time I complained, maintenance told me it was operator error. The second time I complained it took them several days to get out to check it again. There have been construction issues with the unit that have taken too long to be repaired or have not been addressed entirely. The cable television is bad. 70 channels for $50 that are on the blink more than they work. You have no one to call and you do not get a discount or refund for outages. The units are extremely noisy as well. I have a 2nd floor unit over a garage. When the garage doors open my floors vibrate. I can also hear everything that goes on above me. The staff is friendly and helpful until you sign your lease. As soon as the unit is taken, they could care less about you. I won't let my daughter play outside either. Aside from the speeders that management does nothing about, there are large areas of standing water that need to be landscaped or drained with manifest mosquitos and are drowing hazards. I am very disappointed and look forward to leaving soon.
