Summit Silo Creek
AVERAGE RATING

Summit Silo Creek could be a great place to live, except it for the noise. There are many good things about the community.
I opted for a garage, and it is very large. I have plenty of room to work on my car and to store things. The apartment is big, with high ceilings, lots of closets, and nice bathrooms. There are plenty of outlets and cable hookups. The appliances are better than average, but not great.
Noise is a major problem. I've got a group of young 20-somethings living below me who like to party. They make noise, but they did agree to keep it down after 9PM. They are nice and I can deal with them.
The apartment above me is inhabited by a group of recent immigrants. In their native land, they must communicate by screaming and stomping. I think there are 5 or 6 of them living in the two bedroom apartment. I've talked to them numerous times, but since they barely speak English, they don't know what I'm talking about. They've also got a three year old who is awake (and running in what sounds like combat boots) from 10PM to 3AM everyday. He cries from 3AM to 11AM. I'm debating turning them in to Child Protective Services or Immigration, but I haven't decided which. Maybe I'll call both and place bets on who shows up first.

Squash the problem with your neighbor before they drive you crazy. Turn them in to both Child Protective Services and Immigration.
