It is no longer Summit. It has joined with another company and is now called CAMDEN Silo Creek. My boyfriend and i have been there for over a year and have renewed for another 15 months. We are very happy with it. The employees in the office are extremely helpful and very kind! I highly recommend this place!

I lived there for 2 yrs. The first year was great (under Summit Properties). Then Camden bought Summit Properties and that's when my headaches started. First off, when it was time to renew my lease, Camden increased my rent by 14%. I was outraged at such a high increase. I ask the nice folks in the office, they said everyone was hit hard. I was forced to pay for valet trash service, trash/sewer and water had gone up. So, if you got your apartment for a steal the first year, enjoy it because they will make up for it when you renew. I had to move into a smaller 1 bedroom apartment because of that 14% increase. I ended up spending more for a smaller apartment than I was for a larger one a year earlier. Needless to say, I broke my lease and bought a 2 bedroom condo.
