Where to begin''' Then entire place is made out of styrafoam and cardboard. It superficially looks good, but boy is that deceiving!!!
They "play area" has nothing but climbing toys, and last year was infested with mosquitos swarming, b/c of so much nasty moisture in the mulch and dirt. Not to mention the playground is a victim of a landslide- great PLANNING!!! There is no place for kids of any age to play.
Residents let their dogs poop all over and do not pick up after them.
We pay 1800 dollars for a 2 bedroom piece of crap.
Snow removal' What snow removal'''' If you didn't have an 4-wheel or all-wheel drive this winter, you were stuck in snow, and would tear up your car if you tried to get out... Not because we got so much snow... Because they didn't even try to remove the snow as it came, or even after. The snow plows would be in an empty parkind lot with snow, while most were at work, and instead of plowing empty spots, they plowed a narrow line, that didn't help anything!
Our water bill, that gets added to rent, doubled, and we got no answers as to why. So we had to eat an extra 50 bucks/month!
These buildings must have been thrown together in about 2 weeks, because everything is unlevel and slapped together.
Also, how many police cars and emergency activity do you have to see before you start to feel unsafe here!!! What a nightmare.
Planes are extremely loud overhead, especially when it's cloudy or rainy. Don't plan on quiet nights.
I think I've said enough...

Not to mention the fact that mulch fires are commonplace because of all of the smokers that throw the lit buts into the flammable mulch. Do not park next to the buildings unless you want your car to be littered with ash.

At least the maintenance team is awesome. I never had to wait more than 24 hours to have a request completed or at least addressed.

The community is a nice place and Camden can't help that riff raff move in and cause trouble. That starts w/ the people that live there first.
