I dont know where this last reviewer is living cause it sure isn't Silo Creek. In response to the list of pro's, noted.. here is the flip side reality.
Lots of other apartment complexes offer larger layouts. Nothing special.
Can't use the F/P cause it sets the smoke detector off...every time.
My ADT alarm still displays an open door even when all mine are shut.
Crown molding is 29 cents a foot. Not a big investment and believe me... your paying for it in your rent.
Laundry door bangs into the bathroom door when ever opened. Poor design.
Closet size is relevant.
Multiple cable outlets... yea, they all show nothing but snowy channels. Now with all the outlets, I get crap reception in every room and I'm stuck using who " they " want me to use ( Which by the way, being a builder of apartments myself, here is how that works)Camden Silo RECEIVED money from a provider that paid the MOST for the opportunity to install the cable wiring throughout the building. Of course its in the cable companies best interest to secure that they will be the only option of provider for tenants to use. So the money PAID to Silo by the cable/satalite company was a good investment. Thats why Silo wont change providers.
As for the noise. Not bad other than the multiple visits by the cops and rescue. This IS the reality people.
