I have a three bedroom apartment with my husband and child at Camden Silo Creek. I love the apartment because I have a very large bedroom with a HUGE walk in closet, my daughters room is plenty of room for her, and then we have a third room as the office. It works out perfectly. We have a built in desk that we use for our daughters craft area, and a fireplace in the livingroom that makes it really homey. The community is very quiet with the exception of some random events that are to be expected in an apartment community. I love the gym and use this almost every day. The computer room is one of the things that I do not use that much, but I always see people in there, so it must get a lot of use. I have not had many maintenance problems, but if I have they were quick to be fixed. I dont know much about the old office staff, as some of the reviews have mentioned, but the new office staff is a pleasure to work with. I was in this weekend to pick up a package and one of the girls even told me about a big party they are having at the end of the month, and to keep my eyes out for the flyer! The community itself is really nice, and has a large open area in the middle with a creek running through. There is little to no trash laying around, and it seems that what is around is cleaned pretty quickly. Camden Silo Creek makes me feel very safe as well. I searched all of the apartment communities in the area before choosing one and Camden was the only company that did not have any registered sex offenders living in their ocmmunities. All of the other companies obviously were not checking backgrounds of their residents. That just shows me that Camden really is doing a background check on everyone, and other communities are not. Camden Silo Creek has everything that I was looking for when I was looking for an apartment - Safety, quiet, nice apartment, nice gym, clean, and space inside the apartment. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice safe quiet apartment home.
