Ample parking with lovely wooded views for most interior apartments. Those people that prefer top floor apartments may not like that there are 4 floors. It makes for a difficult move, and daily climb to bring up yourself or groceries.
Fireplaces do run very hot as mentioned in other reviews. Hot enough that the paint gets tacky on the mantle when run for over 30 minutes. Those that look at loft apartments will find the heat from the fireplace will drive you from the upstairs in a hurry. Rental price is 20% higher then it's worth in my opinion.
Unlimited pets will cost you a flat fee of $20 per month with initial $200 non-refundable deposit.
Staff had rotated quite frequently, but has stablized with management being pulled from another property. Very friendly, make lots of inquiries of satisfaction of apartment. Have been very prompt in minor service repairs and maintenance.
However, in winter months, all walkways to buildings were not shovelled by staff, but did place shovels for helping during regular snow showers.
