I would have never had a bad thing to say about the Arbors until the current management staff arrived which is more concerned about trying to make themselves look good then pleasing their tenants. If you do not appreciate being deceived and talked down to do not live here. The few months leading up to my departure many others left for the same reason. I lived here over two years and throughout all the management changed never had a problem. Would have renewed my lease but all of a sudden the increase I was told would not be what was in my renewal papers and an added amenity fee which I never paid before appeared. I had to rate the construction a 3 because the ceiling and walls began to crack over the two years and walls are uneven. Aside from those two issues it would be a perfect place to live. Get new management.
