Beware of the staff! I have been lied to on several occassions. Read the lease carefully and get everything in writing. The biggest rip off is the annual $300 "ammenities" fee that goes for upkeep of the grounds. During snow season the walkways to the parking lot were rarely accessible. I do not recommend living here.
