We've lived here almost a year, and have definately enjoyed it overall. They've always fixed our problems same day or the next day, and the area here is a beautiful sight. Walking distance from shopping center with Safeway, Starbucks (TWO of them!), Subway, San Vito (Itallian restaurant--very good!), ABC, and more. The rent is not the cheapest, but for what you get I think it's a pretty good price. Never any problems with noise and such. We are moving out when our 1 year lease ends, but only because we want to buy a house to build equity.
