I lived at the arbors for about 2 1/2 years, and overall our experience was good. There was a high turnover rate in the leasing office during the first couple years, which lead to some problems moving into a new apartment, but Shannon the current manager cleared everything up.

Parking is almost always available close to your apartment, Service requests were almost always taken care of within 24hrs, and the proximity to shopping and the toll road are great.

The only downside I feel were the rental rates, which were quite a bit more than comparable apartments in the area. The only other problem I dealt with was an extremely inconsiderate neighbor which lived above us, but that is just the luck of the draw.

If you've got plenty of money to spend on an apartment, check it out.
