Arbors at Broadlands, yet I was tricked into moving here in the first place I read these reviews only to find out that they were all probably written by the staff. We can't use any of the Broadlands centers or participate in any activities, but still its called Broadlands' I don't get it. Close to the shopping center is nice, except that all the trash and mess accumulates from the all too common passer-by. My kids can't play outside alone considering the neighborhood is way to accessible, I'm afraid anyone can just waltz right into the back door. My floor plan is poorly designed and It waste A/C and heat. I'm Moving down the road soon to a place that is rated on here as worse but the last 5 friends who have moved there are much happier and love the neighborhood hope you can find it and join us over there.

I hope youre not referring to Southern Walk as "the place down the street". All those complaints are not lies. I just broke my lease to get out of there, do yourself and your family a favor and go ANYWHERE else.
