I have lived at the Arbors for the last 6months and so far so good. I used this site to help me decide and am pleased with the decision. I will agree with the last entry that a/c is wasted but I am in a 2bedroom loft. The loft is amazing and spacious, definitely my money's worth. The staff is also great, I loved Mercedes who is no longer here but the others are very friendly. I have heard that these will be converted to condos soon so no more renting!
