Girlfriend and I have lived here for about 7 months now, very happy with it. Staff is very available - Verizon cut some water line outside our building a week or so ago and the staff called us to ask us if we needed anything (and offered showcase apartment to stay in for the duration) and to give us status updates. Mini gym, pool, cookies in office all excellent. Not a fan of the kitchen layout very much but otherwise love the construction of the apartment. Love the atmosphere and attitude of this community (lots of families and good natured people).

When we price shopped this place was comparable to anywhere in Ashburn, Reston, Herndon.

Would recommend to anyone in the area.
