My parter and I just moved in this weekend and are in love with the apartment, we have a ground floor unit and really appreciated the location on moving day. The kitchen is amazing, granite countertop's throughout with new stainless appliances, very nice touch, you don't get that much in apartments these days. Another nice touch is the real tile in the bathrooms, entry and kitchen, no STICKEM tile. All in All we are very happy with the choice we made here. The only downside is the bathroom counters are small, not too big to display anything,, thats the only issue thus far,,,Staff is great and maintenance is awesome, the first day we were in the unit, our water went out, the maintenance staff was here in 5 minutes to solve the issue!!! so my advice, if they are leasing,, grab a unit !
