I've lived here since May 2002 and I love it. My apartment is huge, with lots of storage (even on the patio, there's a small storage closet). The landscaping is very nice as well. There have been some minor complaints with maintenance, but nothing insurmountable. The staff and the maintenance guys couldn't be nicer. The complex is well lit and seems secure - at least I haven't had any problems, security-wise, and I haven't heard of any either. The only irritants for me have been the occasional undesirable neighbors (and you'll have that anywhere you go) and the occasional "missing" (read: stolen) newspapers (again, that's common everywhere). The rent increases for me have been reasonable. I feel at home here!
