Lived here one year. Enjoyed wooded view, was worth $20 extra per month. Felt very safe at night and always had close parking but the parking spaces are very small. I agree that after you visit every retail store and chain restaurant nearby, you run out of things to do in the area. The traffic gets worse by the day in Loudoun County. Maintenance fixed anything major (like broken A/C or washer/dryer) very quickly, but didn't respond for small stuff. It seems the maintenace guy has a lot on his plate and works really hard. The shower was cold in the winters. It's a clean community, good for walks around the neighborhood, especially if you have a dog. I've noticed quite a bit of turnaround with management but that didn't really bother me.
