The complex is fine, but if you live on the first or second floor you'll get the Thump! Thump! Thump!
The people above you get real annoying. I've been here two years and have had two different neighbors, same problems. Others say the same thing.
You hear them walking. You hear them watching TV. You hear them "sleeping". You hear them get up for work at 5am!
If you value quiet, go someplace else!
