A slum

When I moved here it seemed fairly decent. The heating and air conditioning bills are astronomical for a 800 square foot space. I am on the top floor and have vaulted ceilings but the air/heat has to be running continuously to make it comfortable. My water bill is never less than 60.00 a MONTH. The office staff is appaling. They are uneducated morons that are blatantly rude and never resolve any complaints or issues. The maintenance people have entered my apartment multiple times even though I made it 100% CLEAR I did not want strangers in my apartment unless I was home. Expect to hear foul-mouthed children/teenagers at the pool in the summer time, due to their obvious ignorance and lack of parenting. The trash accumulates until you are forced to leave your bags on the sidewalk next to the dumpster for people to rummage through it-investing in a paper shredder would be a good choice if you want to move here. The parking lot is poorly lit and if you come home after 6:00 p.m. expect to park far away from your building. I would not recommend University Height's to someone I didn't like. The place is a dump and the majority of the people here make it that way, along with the ignorant, rude office staff and management. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!
