I lived there for a matter of months. Thank goodness I came into the property in the middle of my roommates lease and could get out of there only after a few months when her lease ended. The office staff is extremely rude and incompetant about normal questions such as service requests. The office staff is extremely unprofessional, and have completely imappropriate conversations while residents are in the office. The maintnance staff is also rude, and speak down to residents. The maintnance staff drive around the property with a cigarette hanging out of their mouth, talking on a cell phone, and zooming in front of moving cars. The apartmens are DIRTY, the carpets are a disaster, the balconies are full of spiders and when you call to see if someone can spray for them they said no. The water bills are outragous.....am I paying to fill up the pool' The heat completely escapes the apartment completely. The rent is not that bad but completely too much for what you get. The grounds are horrible, dog poop everywhere, people emptied their kitty litter in the grass in front of the buildings. Trash all over the breezways. Its so dark at night that tis scary to walk around. What a disaster. NEVER again. Now I live in Summit Lansdowne, and it is wonderful.....check it out.
