Office staff is surly, maintenance non-existent. Have had an issue with not having hot water six times in less than six months. Now an ant infestation. Call to place a maintenance ticket, they may or may not respond. Under new ownership (Sawyer) April 2006 and so far no better.

Rent here only if you cannot afford any better

I would give Sawyer Properties a chance to flip the property and make it better. You can't fairly evaluate a new management company in the space of a few weeks. I know first hand being married to a maintenance man that it takes time to get things turned around.
