First of all, Ashburn itself is overpriced and overrated. However, this is one of the few apartment communities that appears to be affordable without being rent controlled. Maintance is a little slow, but that is the price you pay when you have to rent. I suggest if you have issues, GO OUT AND BUY YOUR OWN HOME. Then talk about maintance issues. I have had to call several times for repairs but I dont complain. Pay your rent on time and continue to call until they get so annoyed they send someone up. Other than that, the community is beautiful and quiet. The rent is reasonable for this area. But be aware, you have some people paying $1100 and some paying $1400 for the same exact apartment. Which further tells me that rent will fluctuate from year to year. Everyone pretty much sticks to themselves and minds their own buisness, which is a major plus.:)
