I say yes to the affordable rates and quiet area this apartment community provides. It also has ample parking. If you have kids...there is a day care in the community, although you probably have to put yourself on a waiting list much like any other day care.

Also, so far on the www.familywatchdog.us. website...there are no sexual predators here. You can check it out for a more info. This to me is a plus.

There are downfalls to living here.

1. ONE you can not get maintenance on ANYTHING unless you call every single day and annoy and ----- out the leasing department. Just be prepared for that. Had a toilet that didn't work and started to smell moldy...its a health issue and still it takes calls every day for them to come.

2. They have one small community swimming pool for the entire area (which usually they have about three for this sort of population in other apartment complexes).

3. Spiders spiders every where. I go on a spider killing masacre every week on my balcony. If you fear spiders stay away...although it could just be that I live right by a lamp post and am on the third floor.

4. There are only two trash place areas in this apartment complex to drop off your trash. Its useful to live by one if you get the chance, b/c they don't stink...but they do pile up from time to time and garbage is everywhere...but that part hasn't became a problem living right by it...its just unattractive.
