We signed a one year lease here and we are coming up on our move out date of the end of this month. I went to the office to speak with someone about this and they said that it stated in our lease that we needed to give a 60 day notice about moving out and they are trying to get us to stay until May!

As soon as we moved in we wrote a list of problems that needed to be fixed, (broken dryer vent, broken blinds in master bedroom, TOILET NOT SECURED TO FLOOR IN SECOND BATHROOM!) and they were NEVER fixed! Our dishwasher also broke after about 4 months and even with constant complaining it was never fixed either! And they still want us to stay in this hell hole for 60 more days. The place looks ok when you first arrive and the location is good but the management and quality of the buildings is the worst I've ever seen. Do not move in here because they will never let you leave!

Dont call management...call the EPA...maybe that will get their attention.
