The area around the dumpsters are very dark with overgrown bushes. When maintenance is needed on my apartment, it takes several visits for the maintenance crew to figure out the problem. The small dryer takes 3 hours to dry one load. The leasing office never has any parts in stock. Not even specialty light bulbs. They took 3 weeks to fix a heating problem (no heat!) in the coldest days of December.
