I just moved in a couple of weeks ago. So far so good. I was really impressed with the leasing staff. The guy really seemed to care about mine and my childrens needs. I had the poor man running up and down the community looking at available apartments. (it was around 90-95 degrees outside) The only negative thing that I can say is that the community was a little messy. The leasing agent did tell me that they were busy renovating, but its been a couple of weeks and the mess is still around.

Overall im happy that I chose this apartment complex. The people seem nice, and for the money the apartment are pretty nice.

I would reccomend this place to anyone looking for piece of mind. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai

The family has just moved in so the impression will always be good as with any other apartment complex. I would request to post the family's experience after 6 months of stay in this complex. Believe me, all the good impression that this family has WILL fade away.

Actually its been about 5 months now, and I am still very pleased with the decision I have made. I havnt had any maintenance requests yet, but my neighbors havnt complained since I have been living here. My kids frequent the playsgrounds and tennis courts, they love it here and so do I. I think that most people just use this forum to complain, and for the most part make things up. You guys are very vandictive.

I've lived at University Heights for over 2 years now and it has just gone further and further downhill. I really don't see the point in buying very expensive flatscreen TVs for the office and gym when the outside areas are SO disgusting. I also am NOT vindictive. Just tired of living with PIGS! Why drop your trashbags right outside of the empty dumpster? I don't think the problem is all with the management (although it is seriously lacking) people who live there need to give a crap about where they live and have consideration for others, but that will never happen it appears. AND what is up with all the PITBULLS?

We are not being vindictive, just honest. You saying that we are...ironically comes off as you being vindictive towards us. I lived here for about a a year before I experienced any issues. I do believe that everyone's experience is different. I am sure that there are people in University Heights that have been here for YEARS and not experienced any problems. Every apartment complex has its faults. The whole point of this site is to see the ratio of good points to bad points. University Heights caters to hundreds of tenants - and if over 80% are not satisfied, and 20% are, then it is up to a potential tenant to see if they want to take the risk. No one has claimed that EVERYONE will have a bad experience. We are just iterating what ours are in an honest fashion so that all potential tenants are aware when making a decision of where they want to reside. That is the benefit of this site, and I hope that you learn to understand this.
