Please DO NOT consider this place to ever move in. It has a management which has very scant regard for their customer's maintenance request. Even emergency requests are NOT entetained on time. Emergengies can take anywhere between 1 to 2 weeks and non-emergencies FOR EVER. Chances are high of your lease runing out earlier than the issues are fixed.

I concur. As I write this, the water is off in my building; no notice was given and of course there is no way for me to call out emergency maintenance because the office's phone system no longer connects us to maintenance after hours. Getting very disgusted with this place since Bainbridge took over, and I am seriously considering moving out when my lease is up in the spring.

Lease? What lease? I never got a copy of my last one and when it ran out a couple of months ago, I never heard a word. Then they sent out that "lease letter", then they posted that retraction...still no lease. At least I can move whenever I want. LOL Anyway another comment about emergency maintenance. Apparently someone has a broken toilet that won't flush or something. They "fixed" MY toilet instead. Now mine makes funny noises.
