The Customer Service is the worst you will ever experience. I wish I had read something like this before making the mistake of moving here. Everything in your apartment will need to be replaced and they will take for ever to do it. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID DO NOT MOVE TO THE UNIVERSITY HEIGHTS APARTMENTS IN ASHBURN VA!
