We have lived in these apartments for 8 months. When our lease is up we are moving!
We live in a first floor apartment. The day we moved in we could hear a constant flow of water through the pipes in the walls. After 3 months of contacting management they found there was a leak in the 3rd floor apartment and corrected the problem. Our first week in, as requested, we listed what needed to be repaired/replaced in the apartment. The stove remains 5 inches from the wall and I can't open a kitchen drawer because the stove sticks out so far. The fridge is out of balance and the piece that is to fit on the bottom to catch dust, etc. remains lying on the top of the fridge. There are walls that still remain unpainted.
There is no insulation between floors. We can hear every footstep, every decibel of music, every squeak of the bed in the apartment above us. We can hear our neighbors too well. Management does nothing.
The grounds are trashy and unkept.

I live hear -and I find it extremely noisy as well!!! I have been blaming my neighbours but your review is making me think twice now....
