I have only lived her for a few months. At first look my mother and I were so happy. These seemed to be the best place that we have ever moved to. Then a week passed by. There were so many things things wrong. The AC and heater were broken, both vanity rotting, mold growing under on of the sinks, and (My favorite) dryer was making a LOUD metal to metal scratching noice. There are more but these are the biggies. We filled out the dang for that they give you, telling you what problems are in the apartment and we turned it in. For three weeks no one came. My mother and I ended upp fixing some of the problems, like the missing light switch panel. We had to tell them 7 times to come over and fix the AC. Finally during a tornado they came to see the stuff that was on the original list that we sent in weeks ago!! Nothing got done or barely notice because the guy had to leave to help with a down tree. I was fine with that except two things. He never came back and he signed off saying that it was all fixed.

The office staff is also horrible. At least the big wigs. There are a few nice guys. One lady that my mom and I like was about the best. She was extremely calm and nice. A huge animal lover. However, we don't see here in the office any more and have a huge feeling that she was fired for being too nice. Another guy is not bad either. Nice fellow that is willing to work with you and does try his best to help you out. He helpped us to get maintance to come fix our dryer. But many of the other works are snobs. Just because they got a good job should not turn you into an ass. They should remember that this is a business and customer service is number one. They serve the customer, not the other way around.

I am not saying to not move here. But if you do plan to, know that unless it is a complete emergancy and you hound the staff about it, just do it yourself. Maintance is completely lame and Many of the office works suck.
