I decided to move into these apartments because my Dad used to live here from the early to late 90s and it was pretty upscale...back then! Now, this place has turned to crap. When we moved in, there were about 20 problems with the apartment, everywhere from the compressor for the A/C unit broke during the heat to getting a new fridge because it kept leaking to no water pressure. Mind you, I was 5 months pregnant when we moved in and that was a lot of stress. Also, the lady who got us the apartment said this apartment was a "tiny" bit smaller than the 2 bedroom (we have a one bed with a den) and it ended up being aboout 1/2 the size. I am glad she is gone. Also, we have a downstairs neighbor who grills 24/7. We complained plenty of times and the rental office FINALLY listened once we got the Fire Marshall involved.

I don't mind the apartment. It's very nice, but I just find that it's just one hassle after the next and no one wants to take responsibility for the problems and complaints of the residents. I can't wait to get out when my lease is up.
