I'm just leaving after being here two years to get a house, but I have not had any big problems with University Heights. The biggest problem is all the new staff they have had over the last two years, everytime I go into the office there is someone new there so things are never consistant. There used to be alot of maintenance problems too when I first moved in but there are new staff there as well and they have made a big improvement. This is a good place to try and save money to get a home like my husband and I did.
